The Story of Dahlia Temptations

After retiring from a systems analyst position in corporate America, growing flowers seemed like a lot more fun.  My husband and I started growing dahlias at a friend's farm.  The plan was to sell at his farm stand.  Naturally we got carried away.

We now sell lots of dahlias -the colors, sizes and shapes are endless.  There's always a new variety we have to have.   We sell tubers in the spring and flowers all summer and into the fall.

We grow lots more to round out the season - from ammi to zinnias.

The environment is important to us.  Our mission for sustainability is this - to leave the soil and ground water in better shape than when we started .

Unlike many grocery store flowers which are laden with chemicals and shipped out of water for days, we proudly bring you the beauty of flowers fresh from the farm.
